The name Kithe Brewster should by all accounts be a household name among fashionistas and the creme de la creme of haute couture around the world but as you read this article you will grow increasingly aware that his name has been kept out of the public eye although we are familiar with his work. Kithe earlier years in fashion were made possible through styling some of the biggest celebrities in the world, Outkast, Eve, Gwen Stephanie and Lady Gaga are just some of the names that Kithe helped to create an image that became synonymous with their persona and helped develop them as icons.
Kithe grew up in the USA in New York and quickly developed an eye for detail at the tender age of 14 when he began working with textiles, Joseph Farodoye and Uyai Akpan met with Kithe for an exclusive interview as Kithe shared stories of the highs and lows of a career in Hollywood and his voyage to Paris to establish one of the only black Ateliers in the world for over 30 years and shares secrets of why he made the bold choice of leaving Paris where he was established for three decades and decided to move to the United Arab Emerites to build a fashion empire.
